At Oud Al Madina, we aim to deliver our perfumes, oud, and oud oils safely and efficiently to all customers. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we handle deliveries for B2C (retail within the UAE) and B2B (wholesale international orders)
1. Shipping Within the UAE (B2C)
Coverage: We deliver across all Emirates in the United Arab Emirates.
Delivery Time: 2 – 5 working days (depending on location).
Delivery Charges:
Standard delivery charges will be displayed at checkout.
Free delivery may be offered on promotional campaigns for minimum order amounts.
Delivery Partner: We work with trusted local courier services.
Cash on Delivery (COD): Available on selected orders within the UAE.
2. International Shipping (B2B)
Coverage: We ship wholesale and bulk orders worldwide.
Delivery Methods: Air freight, sea freight, or international couriers based on the customer’s preference and agreement.
Delivery Time: Varies by destination, courier, and customs clearance. The estimated timeframe will be communicated before dispatch.
Shipping Charges: Calculated based on weight, volume, and delivery method, confirmed with the customer before shipment.
Customs & Duties:
Customers are responsible for customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and compliance with local regulations in their country.
Oud Al Madina is not liable for delays caused by customs or international shipping restrictions.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
Tracking updates depend on the courier or freight provider’s system.
4. Failed Deliveries
If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address or absence of the recipient, redelivery charges may apply.
For international shipments, failure to clear customs may result in return or disposal of goods at the customer’s expense.
5. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a package that is damaged or missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos.
We will investigate and resolve the issue in line with our Refund & Return Policy.
