Refund & Return Policy

At Oud Al Madina, customer satisfaction is very important to us. We take great care to ensure the quality of our perfume, oud, and oud oil products. This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted.

Returns (B2C – UAE Customers)

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be:

Unopened, unused, and in original packaging (sealed condition).
Accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice/order number).
Opened or used products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds (B2C – UAE Customers)

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a refund will be processed.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
Delivery/shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges (B2C UAE Customers)

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for an exchange.

Returns & Refunds (B2B – International Wholesale Customers)

Due to the nature of bulk and international orders, returns and refunds are not accepted once products are shipped.
In the rare case of

Defective products (manufacturing issues), or
If incorrect items are shipped,
we will work with the customer to resolve the issue. Any resolution will be subject to mutual agreement.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used products.
Items damaged due to customer mishandling or improper storage. Customized or special bulk orders for B2B clients.
