We are a concentrated fragrance oil, oud, and oud oils wholesale (B2B), retail (B2C) Seller

Yes. We deliver across all Emirates in the UAE. Orders usually arrive within 2-5 working days.

Yes. For B2B wholesale orders, we ship worldwide using air freight, sea freight, or international couriers (based on customer preference). Delivery times vary depending on location and customs clearance.

Within the UAE (B2C): Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Free delivery may be offered during promotions or on orders above a certain value.
International (B2B): Charges depend on order size, weight, and shipping method. Costs are confirmed with customers before dispatch.

UAE Customers (B2C): Secure online payment (credit/debit cards) and Cash on Delivery (COD) on eligible orders.
International Customers (B2B): Bank transfer or agreed-upon payment terms (advance, partial, or full).

UAE Customers (B2C): Returns are accepted within 7 days if the product is unopened, unused, and sealed. Defective or incorrect items can be exchanged.
International Customers (B2B): Due to the nature of wholesale orders, returns are not accepted once shipped. Exceptions apply only for defective or incorrect items.

Refunds (for eligible B2C returns) are processed within 7-14 working days after inspection
