3. Pricing & Payments

Due to the nature of perfume oils and raw materials, we do not offer returns or refunds for opened, used, or unsealed products.

We may accept returns only if:

  • You notify us within 24–48 hours of delivery with proof (images/videos)

Eligible refunds may be issued as:

  • Replacement product

  • Store credit

  • Bank transfer (in special cases)
