2. Products & Services

We are a reseller of concentrated perfume oil, specializing in oud and oud oil products.
Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible; however, variations in fragrance or packaging may occur.
Prices are displayed in AED (UAE Dirhams) for B2C orders and can be quoted in USD or AED for B2B wholesale orders.

3. Orders & Payment

B2C (UAE Customers)

Orders must be placed through our Website.
Payments can be made via secure online payment gateways or cash on delivery (if available).

B2B (International Customers)

Bulk/wholesale orders require direct confirmation via email or phone.
Payment terms (advance, partial, or full) will be agreed upon with the customer.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud or misuse is suspected.

4. Delivery & Shipping

B2C (UAE)
Deliveries are handled through local courier services.
Estimated delivery timeframe: 2–5 working days within the UAE.
Delivery charges will be displayed at checkout.

B2B (International)

We deliver worldwide with customer-approved shipping methods (air, sea, or courier).
Delivery times vary depending on location, customs, and logistics.
Customers are responsible for paying customs duties, taxes, and complying with import regulations in their country.

5. Returns & Refunds

B2C (UAE)

Returns are only accepted for unopened, unused, and sealed products within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after inspection.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

B2B (International)

Due to the nature of wholesale and international shipping, returns are not accepted once products are dispatched.
Exceptions may apply in case of defective or incorrect items, subject to review.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including logos, product images, and text, is the property of Oud Al Madina
Reproduction or use without permission is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.
We are not responsible for allergic reactions, misuse, or improper storage of products.
Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

For B2C transactions, these Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
For B2B transactions, international sales are subject to mutual agreement and UAE commercial laws, unless otherwise specified in a formal contract.
